Deze Schwalbe binnenband nr. 12 is een flexibele optie die ontworpen is voor zowel 26 inch als 27,5 inch wielen, en past op bandenbreedtes van 32 millimeter tot 47 millimeter voor stads-, trekking- en lichtere MTB-opstellingen. De 32/47-559/571/584/590/597 maatvoering dekt veelvoorkomende 26-inch banden zoals 47-559 (26 x 1,75 inch) en 32-597 (26 x 1 1/4 inch), plus 27,5-inch opties zoals 35-584 (27,5 x 1,35 inch) en 47-584 (27,5 x 1,75 inch), waardoor het een praktische keuze is wanneer je verschillende fietsen en velgnormen onderhoudt. Het beschikt over een SCV (Clik) ventiel met een lengte van 40 mm voor een snelle, veilige pompverbinding.

Welke fietsband past op welke velg?

De zogenaamde ETRTO-maat bestaat uit 2 getallen.
Het eerste getal geeft de breedte van de band in millimeters aan.
Het tweede getal geeft de diameter van de buitenband aan.
Stadsfietsen hebben bijvoorbeeld vaak de bandmaat 37-622.
De band is dan 37 mm breed en de fietsband heeft een diameter van 622mm.
De maat 622mm is dus bindend voor de maat band die op uw fiets past.
De breedte maat (37mm) is niet bindend.
Er kan ook een smallere fietsband (bijvoorbeeld 32-622) of bredere fietsband (bijvoorbeeld 40-622) op uw fiets.
