De Schwalbe Motion Big Apple combineert modern design met topcomfort en duurzaamheid. Als opvolger van de Big Ben en voorgangermodel van de Big Apple biedt hij dankzij het Addix Green-compound - met 80% hernieuwbare en gerecyclede materialen - milieuvriendelijke prestaties. Zijn grote volume zorgt voor uitzonderlijke demping zonder vering, ideaal voor stads- en toergebruik, e-bikes, kinderfietsen en lichte cargo. De band rolt soepel over asfalt én onverhard terrein en luidt als eerste model de nieuwe Schwalbe Motion-productfamilie in.

- E-25: geschikt voor E-bikes tot 25 km/h.
- ADDIX Green compound: een rubber, gemaakt uit hernieuwbaar en gerecycled ruw materiaal met uitstekende eigenschappen.

Welke fietsband past op welke velg?

De zogenaamde ETRTO-maat bestaat uit 2 getallen.
Het eerste getal geeft de breedte van de band in millimeters aan.
Het tweede getal geeft de diameter van de buitenband aan.
Stadsfietsen hebben bijvoorbeeld vaak de bandmaat 37-622.
De band is dan 37 mm breed en de fietsband heeft een diameter van 622mm.
De maat 622mm is dus bindend voor de maat band die op uw fiets past.
De breedte maat (37mm) is niet bindend.
Er kan ook een smallere fietsband (bijvoorbeeld 32-622) of bredere fietsband (bijvoorbeeld 40-622) op uw fiets.
