De start beslist de race. De vouwbare DTH werd ontworpen voor de Olympische Spelen in 2008 in Peking en weet met zijn extreem lichte ontwerp als geen ander BMX band voor uitzonderlijke accelleratie te zorgen. Daarnaast is deze ban bijzonder robust en biedt uitstekende weerstand aan de obstakels waaraan hij wordt blootgesteld. De dual-compound heeft een relatief lage rolweerstand, ligt lekker in de bochten en is op de rechte stukken bijzonder snel.

Welke fietsband past op welke velg?

De zogenaamde ETRTO-maat. Deze bestaat uit 2 getallen.
Het eerste getal geeft de breedte van de band in millimeters aan.
Het tweede getal geeft de diameter van de buitenband aan.
Stadsfietsen hebben bijvoorbeeld vaak de bandmaat 37-622.
De band is dan 37 mm breed en de fietsband heeft een diameter van 622mm.
De maat 622mm is dus bindend voor de maat band die op uw fiets past.
De breedte maat (37mm) is niet bindend.
Er kan ook een smallere fietsband (bijvoorbeeld 32-622) of bredere fietsband (bijvoorbeeld 40-622) op uw fiets.
