Ultralicht, snel en stabiel. De SV15-AE Aerothan is Schwalbe’s TPU binnenband voor 700×23–32C (ETRTO 23/32-622). Het maakt gebruik van een aluminium Presta ventiel (60 mm) en een thermoplastisch polyurethaan lichaam dat het gewicht en de rolweerstand vermindert, terwijl het opmerkelijk vormvast en lekbestendig blijft—ideaal voor diepe velgen en hoge snelheid op de weg. Geclaimd gewicht: 51 g.

Welke fietsband past op welke velg?

De zogenaamde ETRTO-maat bestaat uit 2 getallen.
Het eerste getal geeft de breedte van de band in millimeters aan.
Het tweede getal geeft de diameter van de buitenband aan.
Stadsfietsen hebben bijvoorbeeld vaak de bandmaat 37-622.
De band is dan 37 mm breed en de fietsband heeft een diameter van 622mm.
De maat 622mm is dus bindend voor de maat band die op uw fiets past.
De breedte maat (37mm) is niet bindend.
Er kan ook een smallere fietsband (bijvoorbeeld 32-622) of bredere fietsband (bijvoorbeeld 40-622) op uw fiets.
