Deze Schwalbe binnenband is een veelzijdige dagelijkse band, ontworpen om te passen bij een breed scala aan banden van 27,5, 28 en 29 inch, waardoor hij ideaal is voor woon-werkverkeer, trekking en utility rijden. Hij dekt 50-584 (27,5 x 2.00 inch) tot 62-584 (27,5 x 2.40 inch), gangbare 28-inch maten van 40-622 (28 x 1.50 inch) tot 62-622 (28 x 2.40 inch), en ook 40-635 (28 x 1 1/2 inch) voor klassieke velgnormen. De band maakt gebruik van een SV (Presta) ventiel met een lengte van 60 millimeter voor een snelle, veilige pompverbinding en gemakkelijker toegang op diepere velgen.

Welke fietsband past op welke velg?

De zogenaamde ETRTO-maat bestaat uit 2 getallen.
Het eerste getal geeft de breedte van de band in millimeters aan.
Het tweede getal geeft de diameter van de buitenband aan.
Stadsfietsen hebben bijvoorbeeld vaak de bandmaat 37-622.
De band is dan 37 mm breed en de fietsband heeft een diameter van 622mm.
De maat 622mm is dus bindend voor de maat band die op uw fiets past.
De breedte maat (37mm) is niet bindend.
Er kan ook een smallere fietsband (bijvoorbeeld 32-622) of bredere fietsband (bijvoorbeeld 40-622) op uw fiets.
