Schwalbe buitenband 28x1.60/42-622 Roadcruiser KevlarGuard creme, 11101281V#De nieuwe Road Cruiser maakt indruk met zijn aangename profieldesign en de ruime keuze aan kleuren voor fietsen van 12“ tot 28“ inch.
Het meest opvallende kenmerk van de nieuwe Road Cruiser zit toch op het loopvlak en heet Green compound.
Een rubber, gemaakt uit hernieuwbaar en gerecycled ruw materiaal, dat zo goed is dat we dit compound voor het eerst kunnen gebruiken in een conventionele fietsband.

Welke fietsband past op welke velg?

De zogenaamde ETRTO-maat bestaat uit 2 getallen.
Het eerste getal geeft de breedte van de band in millimeters aan.
Het tweede getal geeft de diameter van de buitenband aan.
Stadsfietsen hebben bijvoorbeeld vaak de bandmaat 37-622.
De band is dan 37 mm breed en de fietsband heeft een diameter van 622mm.
De maat 622mm is dus bindend voor de maat band die op uw fiets past.
De breedte maat (37mm) is niet bindend.
Er kan ook een smallere fietsband (bijvoorbeeld 32-622) of bredere fietsband (bijvoorbeeld 40-622) op uw fiets.
