De Pursuer is de nieuwste road clincher in de Maxxis-lijn.
Op basis van wat we hebben geleerd van de ontwikkeling van de HYPR-compound voor onze vlaggenschip High Road-band,
gebruikt de achtervolger een geheel nieuwe rubbermassa die volledig silica is.
Deze nieuwe verbinding vermindert de rolweerstand en verbetert tegelijkertijd de loopvlakslijtage en de prestaties in bochten.

De Pursuer is geweldig voor trainingskilometers, informele groepsritten en clubraces.
Kortom: een baanbrekende trainingsband met allround prestaties!

Welke fietsband past op welke velg?

De zogenaamde ETRTO-maat. Deze bestaat uit 2 getallen.
Het eerste getal geeft de breedte van de band in millimeters aan.
Het tweede getal geeft de diameter van de buitenband aan.
Stadsfietsen hebben bijvoorbeeld vaak de bandmaat 37-622.
De band is dan 37 mm breed en de fietsband heeft een diameter van 622mm.
De maat 622mm is dus bindend voor de maat band die op uw fiets past.
De breedte maat (37mm) is niet bindend.
Er kan ook een smallere fietsband (bijvoorbeeld 32-622) of bredere fietsband (bijvoorbeeld 40-622) op uw fiets.
