Are you dreading the installation? Not necessary. We are happy to take care of your worries, which is why our bicycle seats are easy to mount on the back. You don't even need any tools! You can easily attach the seat to the carrier using the rotary knob. The chair is also ready to use straight out of the box. So easy. See first, then believe? You install the footrests with an Allen key (size 5). Please note, an Allen key is not included!

Do you want to use the seat on multiple bicycles? That is also possible. Because the seat can be quickly (dis)assembled, a set of extra footrests is enough to be able to quickly change. The footrests can be purchased separately.

Safety first
Safety is always our number one priority. That is why the rear seat on your bicycle is equipped with a hip belt with a three-point lock. This way you can travel with your child without any worries.

Locally made sustainably in the Netherlands
All Qibbel chairs are made in the Netherlands. The development, production of the parts and assembly all take place in our factory in Krimpen aan den IJssel. Qibbel is part of Widek, a family business (founded in 1936) that makes bicycle accessories. Due to local production, the transport distance is minimal, meaning that few kilometers are traveled before the seat is on your bike. Very good for the climate. In addition, we only work with green energy, more than half of which is generated ourselves. We also use recycled materials and all our chairs are easy to repair for a long lifespan. So sustainable!
